Western Union Q1 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Decline; Reiterates Full-Year Guidance

Western Union (WU) reported Q1 adjusted diluted earnings late Wednesday of $0.41 per share, down from $0.45 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.41.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $983.6 million, down from $1.05 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $993.5 million.

The company reiterated its full-year 2025 guidance of adjusted earnings between $1.75 and $1.85 per share on revenue of $4.09 billion to $4.19 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $1.78 and revenue of $4.14 billion.
