OBIC Co. (TYO:4684) reported an 11% increase in profit attributable to owners of the parent to 64.6 billion yen for the fiscal year ended March 31, up from 58 billion yen a year ago.
The IT services management firm's earnings per share (EPS) rose to 146.90 yen from 130.92 yen a year ago, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.
Net sales grew 8.6% to 121.2 billion yen, up from 111.6 billion yen a year earlier.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2026, the company expects attributable profit to increase 8.3% to 70 billion yen or 159.13 yen per share, while net sales are projected to rise 10% to 133.4 billion yen.
OBIC plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 37 yen per share, each, for fiscal 2026. It declared a final dividend of 38 yen per share, after adjusting for a 5-for-1 stock split, for fiscal 2025, payable from June 27.
OBIC's shares gained nearly 3% at market close.
