Datadog (DDOG) said Wednesday it acquired Metaplane, a data observability platform that uses machine learning to monitor and fix data quality issues across an organization's data systems.
Financial terms of the deal were undisclosed.
The company said the move would strengthen its push into data observability, building on recent product launches like Data Jobs Monitoring and Data Streams Monitoring.
Shares of Datadog were 3.5% higher in recent premarket activity.
