Pitti Engineering (NSE:PITTIENG, BOM:513519) said its board has approved the appointment of Rishab Gupta as chief operating officer - machined components & enterprise sourcing, effective April 21, according to a same-day filing with the Indian bourses.
Gupta currently serves as chief procurement & technology officer of the company, the filing said.
