1253 GMT - The European Central Bank's decision to cut interest rates by 25 basis point on Thursday is good news for real estate investors as it's likely to boost returns, also referred to as the capitalization rate, Zsolt Kohalmi, co-CEO of Pictet Alternative Advisors says in a note. The ECB cut the deposit rate to 2.25% in a decision widely expected by markets. "Several rate cuts will mean the headwinds of the past years for real estate can turn direction and become tail winds," Kohalmi says. (miriam.mukuru@wsj.com)
