Ace Software Exports Invests INR40 Million in Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Ace Software Exports (BOM:531525) has invested 40 million Indian rupees in its wholly owned subsidiary, AQE Tecthtools, according to a BSE filing on Wednesday.

The investment was made through the subscription to the rights issue of 400,000 equity shares of AQE Tecthtools of face value 10 rupees each, fully paid up.

Shares of the company were down 2% in recent trade.
