SKK Holdings (SKK) said late Wednesday it has received a notice from Nasdaq over its non-compliance with the listing requirement based on its closing bid price from Feb. 28 through April 11.
The civil engineering service provider said it has until Oct. 13 to regain compliance and is evaluating options.
