FMC Receives Regulatory Approval in Peru for Keenali Herbicide

FMC (FMC) received regulatory approval in Peru for its Keenali herbicide with Dodhylex as the active ingredient.

Keenali is designed for use in Japonica and Indica rice, targeting resistant grass while ensuring crop safety, the company said Wednesday in a statement. The product is set to be available in Peru in August.

FMC submitted regulatory filings for Dodhylex in countries across Latin America and Asia, as well as in the US.

Shares of the company rose 1.9% in after-hours trading.
