Micro-Star International's (TPE:2377) US unit MSI Computer acquired a commercial property in the City of Industry, California, for $65.2 million.
The property, including 10.41 acres of land and a 199,820-square-foot building, was purchased from BPP Shiraz Fullerton 1 LP, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The acquisition supports Micro-Star International's operational needs and future business planning in the region, the computer hardware company added.
