1109 GMT - Shares in advertising-agency conglomerates trade lower after Omnicom turned more cautious on its outlook, citing uncertainty about ad spending in the face of tariffs. Omnicom shares shed 2.5% in U.S. premarket trading. In Europe, Publicis, WPP and Havas all trade lower, giving up gains they logged Tuesday after Publicis' guidance confirmation reassured investors about the industry's prospects. Publicis falls 4.2%, WPP drops 2.8% and Havas is down 1.2%. Omnicom reduced the lower end of its expected range for organic growth this year, saying it was unsure how or whether tariffs will affect marketer clients' spending. Omnicom's outlook suggests clients might react to uncertainty by delaying creative and transformation projects or discretionary outlays like events, JPMorgan analysts say in a note.
