Clean Seas Seafood (ASX:CSS) executed an amendment and restatement deed with bidder Yumbah Aquaculture's, lowering the threshold for shareholders to access the scrip alternative under the proposed scheme of arrangement, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The minimum holding for eligible shareholders to opt for Yumbah shares has been reduced from 7,857 to 3,570 Clean Seas shares, the filing said.
