Odyssey Gold (ASX:ODY) signed a memorandum of understanding for mill access and collaboration with joint venture partner Monument Murchison to study options for processing ore from the Tuckanarra project at Monument's Burnakura gold processing plant in Western Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The agreement outlines the terms of the cooperation and evaluation of commercial terms for toll treatment arrangements, the filing said.
Also, Monument Murchison will conduct a technical study to assess the feasibility of putting the Burnakura plant into operation, while the company will undertake a study on its mineral resources within the project, per the filing.
The company's shares surged past 5% in recent Tuesday trade.
