Diginex (DGNX) teamed up with AIKYA to offer diginexESG, an environmental, social and governance reporting platform, in Malaysia
The platform was designed to allow Malaysian companies to improve transparency, streamline compliance and drive sustainable finance projects, London-based Diginex said Tuesday in a statement.
An upfront license fee tranche due to Diginex was completed Tuesday. The details weren't disclosed.
Bangalore, India-based AIKYA provides software development and consulting and has 2.5 million users of its advanced systems and tools that use artificial intelligence and giant datasets.
Diginex shares rose 4.3% in after-hours trading.
