Sigma Healthcare (ASX:SIG) director Damien Gance, who is the son of Chemist Warehouse founder Sam Gance, sold 100 million of his ordinary shares in the ASX-listed company on April 14, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The shares were valued at AU$2.97 each. They were owned by DGSR Family Foundation as trustee for the D Gance and S Robertson Family Foundation Trust, the filing stated.
The younger Gance is the sole director and sole shareholder of DGSR Family Foundation.
