Zhejiang China Commodities City Group (SHA:600415) partnered with Alibaba's (HKG:9988) cloud unit to set up a global smart trade ecosystem, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange disclosure on Wednesday.
The commodities trading platform operator and Alibaba Cloud Computing will develop a global digital trade innovation hub and establish a digital trade node for cross-border commerce.
The partnership is valid for three years, the disclosure said.
The shares of both Zhejiang China Commodities City and Alibaba slipped 1% in recent trade.
