PRL Global (ASX:PRG) has been granted a 45-day exclusive due diligence period for the potential acquisition of Centrex (ASX:CXM) and its unit Agriflex, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Final terms of the proposed acquisition will be determined pending completion of due diligence, the filing said.
