Magnite (MGNI) said Wednesday it has struck a deal with Western Union (WU) to support expansion of the latter's new Media Network business. Financial terms were not disclosed.
The Media Network business is monetizing its owned media properties with Magnite's technology, the company said, adding that it provides advertisers with access to first-party insights.
Magnite said Western Union's Media Network business is using its Curator Marketplaces to offer clients access to an audience leveraging anonymized transaction data.
The parties have also signed a supply-path optimization deal to streamline Western Union's access to omnichannel inventory, according to Magnite.
