Energy Fuels (UUUU) has entered into a one-year ore purchase agreement with Western Uranium & Vanadium for up to 25,000 short tons of uranium-bearing ore, Western said Monday.

Western Uranium said it plans to begin deliveries to Energy Fuels' White Mesa Mill by early May, using previously mined production stockpiled at its Sunday Mine Complex. The purchase price will be based on the uranium grade of each closed lot under an agreed pricing schedule.

Additionally, Western said it repriced a total of 2,868,541 previously issued common share purchase warrants, which are now exercisable at CA$2 ($1.44) per share. The term of the warrants was earlier extended, with all now expiring on Jan. 20, 2026.

Shares of Energy Fuels were up 4.4% in recent trading.
