Stamford Land (SGX:H07) has applied to deregister several wholly owned dormant entities across Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company submitted strike-off applications for four Singapore-incorporated subsidiaries, including Stamford Investments and HSH Contractors.
It also applied to deregister four dormant Australian units, such as Stamford Brisbane Investments and SPM Management (2020). In Malaysia, the group is winding down SHR Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., which received notice of strike-off on March 10.
Two dormant trusts, Stamford Cairns Trust and Dynons Perth (2010) Trust, were terminated on April 8.
