Global Uranium and Enrichment (ASX:GUE) said that Snow Lake Resources has completed due diligence on its assets, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company has also raised AU$10 million from institutional and sophisticated investors through a conditional placement, the filing said.
The placement, subject to shareholder approval, is expected to settle on April 17, the filing added.
Shares of the company rose past 4% on market close.
