Steel Partners Formally Notifies NYSE it Intends to Delist

Steel Partners (SPLP) said Friday it has formally notified the New York Stock Exchange of its intent to voluntarily delist its units and to deregister from the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The last day of NYSE trading for Steel Partners will be May 1 and the deregistration is expected to become effective July 30, the company said.

Following the de-listing from the NYSE, Steel Partners said it expects to quote its units on the OTCQX platform.
