1424 GMT - Prada's CEO Andrea Guerra says the integration of Versace will require patience and a long-term mindset. Italy's Prada agreed to buy Versace from U.S. conglomerate Capri for $1.38 billion. Prada's work to reposition its existing brands shows rooting a brand properly takes time, Guerra says in a call with analysts after the Versace deal. At Prada's Miu Miu label, it took 36 to 48 months to reap the fruits, he says. With Versace, there will be no shortcuts, Guerra says. (adria.calatayud@wsj.com)
