Ramsay Health Care (ASX:RHC) said group Chief Financial Officer Martyn Roberts resigned, effective at the end of the month, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
Deputy CFO Mike Hirner will assume the role of acting group CFO, effective May 1, the filing said.
The company has started the recruitment process for Roberts' permanent successor, the filing added.
