TA Corp. (SGX:PA3) applied to the Singapore Exchange Regulation for an extension to hold its annual general meeting, publish its annual and sustainability reports, and submit a resumption proposal, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company applied for a one-month extension to hold its AGM from April 30 to May 2025, to issue its annual report for 2024 to May 15 from April 15, and to issue its sustainability report for 2024 to May 30 from April 30.
Additionally, the company is seeking a one-month extension until June 30 to submit a proposal to resume trading.
The company has attributed the extension to a recent debt restructuring agreement and the recent appointment of a new chief financial officer.
