Four units of Huasheng International (HKG:1323) agreed to acquire certain properties in New Territories from two sellers for HK$16.5 million, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The properties comprise four flats in the Wah Luen Industrial Centre in New Territories, Hong Kong.
Three of the flats are subject to a lease agreement with Dec. 31, 2027. The firm agreed to sign a lease agreement for the fourth property, which is currently in use by the seller.
The concrete producer and seller expects to complete the acquisition by May 12.
