SS&C Technologies (SSNC) said Wednesday that T. Rowe Price (TROW) has extended its transfer agency agreement for its UK-based open-ended investment company funds.
SS&C administers 21 of T. Rowe's active funds, with roughly 1.5 billion British pounds ($1.92 billion) in assets and services include trade processing, settlement, and reporting services, the company said.
SS&C was down 1.1% in recent premarket trading, while T. Rowe was off by nearly 2%.
