STMicroelectronics appointed Simonetta Acri to its supervisory board.
The European chip maker late Tuesday said the appointment is for a three-year term, expiring at the end of the 2028 annual general meeting.
The company said there is a further vacancy in the supervisory board with the selection process on going.
