BeLive Holdings (BLIV) said Monday that it raised $9.8 million following the closing of its initial public offering of 2.45 million shares at $4 per share.
The company, a provider of live commerce short videos, granted its underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to 367,500 additional shares. R.F. Lafferty was the book-runner for the offering.
The shares began trading on Nasdaq April 4.
