Harley-Davidson (HOG) said Tuesday it has begun a chief executive officer search process in Q4 2024 following Jochen Zeitz's decision to retire this year.
Harley-Davidson has retained an executive search firm to lead the effort.
Zeitz, who has led the motorcycle manufacturer for five years, will continue to serve as CEO until a successor is appointed, the company said.
Harley-Davidson shares were up over 2% in recent premarket activity.
