Atomo Receives AU$230,000 Order for HIV Self-Tests; Shares Rise 13%

Atomo Diagnostics (ASX:AT1) has received an AU$230,000 order from non-profit organization Thorne Harbour Health, to offer free HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) self-tests via vending machines across Australia, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company's HIV self-test has also been approved for sale in New Zealand, and will be launched this week through Chemist Warehouse, the filing said.

Shares of the company rose 13% in recent Monday trade.
