Northpointe Bancshares, Inc. $(NPB)$, the holding company of Northpointe Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.025 per common share, payable May 2, 2025, to stockholders of record as of April 15, 2025.
