Janover (JNVR) said Monday it raised about $42 million in an offering of convertible notes and warrants from several investors in a private offering.

Shares surged over 600% as intraday trading volume catapulted to over 19.5 million from a daily average of about 13,800.

AppLovin (APP) Chief Executive Officer Adam Foroughi said Friday in a CNBC interview that his company's offer for TikTok is "a much stronger bid than others." In a statement emailed to MT Newswires, Foroughi said the firm has a deal that can "provide a win for the Trump administration and for the creators of TikTok."

Shares of AppLovin rose about 8% as trading volume jumped to over 10 million from a daily average of about 8.45 million.

CoStar Group (CSGP) said that it appointed Louise Sams as board chair, effective immediately. Sams has been on the company board since 2019. CoStar also entered into support agreements with D. E. Shaw and Third Point.

Shares advanced more than 6%, with intraday trading volume of over 4.8 million against a daily average of about 3.3 million.
