Fischer Medical Ventures Unit Invests Additional INR20 Million in Sascan Meditech

Time Medical International Ventures (India), a subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures (BOM:524743), has invested an additional 20 million Indian rupees in healthcare devices developer Sascan Meditech, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Through the investment, Time Medical acquired an additional 950 shares amounting to a 2.15% stake in Sascan Meditech, taking its total shareholding to 16.74%.

The acquisition aimed at diversifying and expanding Time Medical's business.
