Artesian Resources (ARTNA) said late Friday its subsidiary Artesian Water has filed an application with the Delaware Public Service Commission to increase customer rates.
The filing proposes a 12.41%, or roughly $10.8 million, increase in annual revenue, the company said.
It added that the incremental increase to existing billed rates would be 10.75% after considering the recovery of investments made under the Distribution System Improvement Charge of 1.66% in place, translating to a $0.23 per day increase in bills for customers.
