Osteopore (ASX:OSX) said that subscribers have committed to purchasing equal sub-tranches of its AU$20 million convertible notes, according to a Monday filing.
The first tranche of AU$5 million is being issued in 20 sub-tranches of AU$250,000 each, the filing said.
The company confirmed that subscribers have already taken up eight sub-tranches worth AU$2 million, with a further four sub-tranches valued at AU$1 million, the filing added.
The funds raised will support the company's ongoing operations and future projects, per the filing.
