American Battery Technology Company (ABAT) said Friday that it entered a contract to sell one of its unused legacy properties located in Fernley, Nevada for $6.8 million.
The transaction is expected to close by July 10, the battery recycling company said.
American Battery said it continues to evaluate opportunities for its real property asset at an adjacent property, along with the company's water rights, in Fernley.
