1756 ET - Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan wants customers to be brutally honest in telling him what they want from the company's products, stemming from his belief that harsh feedback is most valuable. Early conversations with customers makes it clear that Intel strayed too far from customers' needs and fell behind on innovation in recent years, he says at the company's Vision 2025 conference. Moving forward, Tan wants the company to act as a large start-up, focusing on innovation. At the same time, the company will regroup its existing operations and work to attract new talent, he says.
