A-Living Smart City Services (HKG:3319) swung to an attributable loss of 3.27 billion yuan in 2024 from a net profit of 460.9 million yuan in 2023, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The property manager swung to a loss per share of 2.30 yuan from earnings per share of 0.32 yuan in the previous year.
Revenue declined 10% to 13.9 billion yuan from 15.4 billion yuan a year earlier.
The company declared a final dividend of 0.03 yuan per share, payable July 10 to shareholders on record as of June 6.
