SAIC Motor (SHA:600104) plans to change its general partner and fund manager, according to a Shanghai Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
The automobile company said Shanghai SAIC Hengxu Investment Management will be replaced with Shanghai Shangqi Investment Management Partnership, an investment management company with a registered capital of 100 million yuan.
The change comes as SAIC Hengxu Investment intends to transfer its 0.156% stake in the Jiaxing Dongxi Zhixing Equity Investment Partnership to Shangqi Capital.
SAIC Motor indirectly owns 40% of Shangqi Capital.
