Rox Resources (ASX:RXL) appointed BurnVoir Corporate Finance to assist in arranging financing for the development of its Youanmi Gold Project in Western Australia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
BurnVoir will assess funding options, allowing the Board to make a final investment decision following the project's definitive feasibility study, the filing said.
