Top Win International (TOPW), a Hong Kong-based wholesaler specializing in sales of luxury watches of international brands, said Wednesday it priced an initial public offering of about 2.66 million ordinary shares at $4 apiece.
Shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the TOPW ticker on April 2, soaring nearly 90% with a trading volume of more than 3 million.
Innovation Beverage Group's (IBG) shares more than doubled amid heavy trading after the company said Tuesday that it has signed a distribution agreement with Republic National Distribution.
Over 199.7 million shares traded intraday versus a daily average of roughly 306,000.
TTEC Holdings (TTEC) said late Tuesday that its special board committee concluded its review of Chief Executive Kenneth Tuchman's unsolicited buyout offer for TTEC and suggested engagement with him for a definitive deal proposal.
Shares advanced 61% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 14.6 million from a daily average of roughly 341,000.
