SBS Holdings (TYO:2384) completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Blackbird Logistics B.V. through its intermediate holding company, SBS Europe B.V., according to a Wednesday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The deal brings six subsidiaries into SBS Holdings' corporate group.
