ASTI Holdings (SGX:575) has applied for an extension to hold its annual general meeting for the financial year 2024 by Aug. 15, citing audit delays following the completion of prior years' financial statements, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The company said its auditors, Forvis Mazars, began work on the FY24 audit only after their reappointment in February and need additional time, especially due to the liquidation of subsidiary Dragon Group International.
ASTI also plans to seek approval from Singapore's corporate regulator for a corresponding extension.
