Credit Clear (ASX:CCR) bought 327,928 shares following the completion of its small shareholding sale facility, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The 348 shareholders who sold their shares received AU$0.2269 per share under the facility. Payment will be disbursed on or around April 11.
Credit Clear received 84 share retention forms from shareholders holding 61,660 shares who opted to keep their holdings, per the filing.
The technology and debt collection provider's shares were down over 2% in recent trade.
