WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) revised Interim CEO Andrew Cartledge's remuneration package, to include a base salary of AU$1.7 million per annum, consisting of AU$1.2 million in cash and AU$500,000 in equity grants, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Additionally, Cartledge is eligible for a performance equity incentive of up to AU$1.4 million annually, the filing said.
The agreement also includes post-employment restraints for 12 months and indemnity for losses or liabilities incurred during his tenure, the filing added.
WiseTech Global's shares slid 2% in recent trade.
