Global Net Lease Cuts Dividend by 31%

Global Net Lease cut its dividend to 19 cents a share from 27.5 cents a share, a roughly 31% reduction, for the second quarter.

The new payout, equal to 76 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 9.5% based on Monday's closing price of $8.04.

The New York-based real estate investment trust said the dividend is payable on April 16 to common shareholders of record at the close of business on April 11.
