U.K. Advertising Association Warns of Tariff Fallout for Ad Industry -- Market Talk

1111 GMT - Anything that has a negative impact on the global economy will inevitably affect the advertising industry, the U.K.'s Advertising Association says, after President Trump unveiled plans for his biggest tariff blitz yet. The association is talking to the U.K. Department for Business and Trade on behalf of its members about how to navigate the situation created by the U.S. tariff plan, a spokesperson says. Shares in London-based ad group WPP are down 1% at 570.80 pence, while France's Publicis Groupe falls 3.8% to 84.33 euros. (adria.calatayud@wsj.com)
