Pro Medicus (ASX:PME) repurchased 28,326 fully paid ordinary shares in an on-market buyback for nearly AU$6.4 million, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company proposes to buy back about 10.4 million shares under the program.
The company's shares were down almost 1% in recent Tuesday trade.
