0536 GMT - Frasers Centrepoint Trust may benefit from its acquisition of the Northpoint City South Wing mall in Singapore, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a research report. The acquisition looks long-term positive for the REIT's distribution-per-unit growth and share-price performance, the analyst says. Also, the acquisition enables the REIT to further consolidate its dominant suburban mall positioning, the analyst says. With size and scale, the REIT appears well-poised to attract and retain high-quality tenants and elevate shoppers' experience. RHB slightly adjusts its FY 2025-2027 DPU forecasts to reflect factors including the acquisition, and raises its target price to S$2.39 from S$2.35 with an unchanged buy rating. Units are 1.8% lower at S$2.17. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
