Grand Venture Technology (SGX:JLB) obtained an approval from the Securities Commission Malaysia for its proposed secondary listing on the Bursa Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The company's listing remains subject to approvals from other relevant authorities.
